It's easy now for consumers to locate homes that perform better than conventionally built new homes and existing homes. Just look for the ENERGY STAR label. It means better comfort, lower energy bills, healthier indoor air and a more durable home. When you choose ENERGY STAR, you're also helping to reduce greenhouse gases that contribute to global climate change.

Find participating builders and see where ENERGY STAR qualified homes are located.

Mortgage incentives are available for buyers of ENERGY STAR qualified homes.

Check for special events such as open houses, home shows and workshops where you can learn more about the benefits of homes built to these guidelines.

The NoCO ENERGY STAR Homes coalition includes cities, counties, utilities and participating home builders. The NoCO ENERGY STAR Homes region covers the area just north of Denver to the Wyoming border, Greeley west to Estes Park.

The NoCO ENERGY STAR program is affiliated with the national ENERGY STAR New Homes program (operated by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency) and the Colorado ENERGY STAR Homes program.
